To get the best experience when learning 3D fashion design, you’ll need a computer with a dedicated GPU, as 3D garment simulation is graphics-intensive. A three-button mouse is essential for navigating the workspace efficiently, and I always recommend using two screens if possible, one for the software and one for following the live demonstration.
You’ll also need a subscription or trial to your chosen 3D platform, such as CLO3D, Style3D, or Browzwear, and a stable internet connection for live training sessions. Some of my training packages include temporary software access, so feel free to book a discovery call if you’d like guidance or support setting up.
