Purlieu x De Ronde

I supported De Ronde Factory on a project for Purlieu, providing technical expertise in pattern adaptation, grading, and placement preparation for digital print production.

Aligning technical performance with visual impact

Purlieu, a cycle jersey brand, required highly accurate pattern adjustments to support both fit and function, without compromising their bold visual identity. Working alongside De Ronde Factory, I adapted patterns for performance movement and ensured consistency across the graded size range.

A key focus of the project was preparing each piece for digital printing, where accurate pattern placement is critical to aligning graphics across panels and maintaining design integrity. This involved close attention to scale, repeat alignment, and print area control; bridging the gap between design vision and production reality.

This collaboration reflects how detailed pattern work and grading, when combined with digital planning, can elevate the quality and consistency of performance-driven garments.
