Redi Golf came to me as a new brand with a clear ambition: to develop a modern golf apparel range focused on fit, movement, and technical precision. They needed expert guidance from concept through to production to ensure their garments were not only stylish, but functional and commercially viable.

• Tech pack development and supplier handover
• Fabric sourcing, factory liaison, and project coordination
