I collaborated with Safeguard Armour to integrate 3D product development into their design process; supporting fit validation, design approval, and tender presentations before production begins.
Working with a company that supplies protective equipment to military, police, and security sectors, I use CLO3D to develop accurate digital prototypes that allow early assessment of fit, functionality, and design intent; reducing the need for physical samples and minimising waste.
Alongside visualisation, I create digital layplans to support fabric consumption calculations, costing, and cutting efficiency. This ensures that design decisions are not only functional and on-brand, but also commercially viable and sustainable.
By combining technical accuracy with visual clarity, this work helps Safeguard Armour move more confidently from concept to production while supporting their tender and client approval processes.
